Emotions running high, I wasn't sure what I should "do". I have always felt this bodywork program was a huge portion of my overall wellness training experience, both technically and spiritually. I have spoken out passionately in support of the school and at times "made it my cause".
So I thought, "Now what?" "Who do I fight, what do I do, who gets a nasty letter?" Then I reread my teacher's email. The words of a woman whose professional livelihood is being put "on hold". IT changed my whole point of view.
Here is an excerpt...and I quote,
"...So, I am in the free fall period myself considering what may be next. and choosing not to miss the ride.
Despite sadness at the shift of focus here for (program) and our beloved school I am in immense trust and gratitude ( except when I'm not :) )
Open to possibilities and recognizing I have always been guided with amazing grace in my life so to doubt at this point would be a true tragedy!"
I read that 3 times and thought, "My Hero". She sees the divine plan in everything and doesn't want to miss the experience. And perhaps at times wavering, she knows her life is guided and that she is always in the right place at the right time. She is lead by true grace and is true grace at the same time.
Arti Ross Kelso is my hero...
Who is your hero? Do you have someone(s) who inspire you? Share your feelings with them today. I am sure they would love to know the influence they have on your life. Don't be shy...
Be good to yourselves and each other,
Thomas
