Well, it's three days after Christmas. How do you feel? Joyous, excited, or overwhelmed?
It seems like one of those days where you just want to stay on the couch and relax. Some people have the week off, some are already at work.
It is important this week to try and slow down after the big holidays we have just had. Running around, shopping, cooking, and eating. This week might be a good time to do a detox, or get some good exercise.
Planning for New Years? How about being creative with your plans? A quiet night at home, a weekend get a way. Shake things up a bit...most importantly.
